Project Manager

Job Description:

  • Define clear project goals, objectives, and deliverables within the project framework.
  • Identify and manage project Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure successful project execution within scope, quality, time, and cost constraints.
  • Facilitate effective communication among internal teams and external stakeholders, escalating issues to senior management when necessary.
  • Forecast project budgets and staffing requirements to support current and future site needs.
  • Lead the overall success of projects, including management of cost, schedule, quality, and scope, in alignment with top management or project directors.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining strong relationships and delivering solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, ensuring clear project roadmaps and deliverables.
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to project teams, stakeholders, relevant departments, and senior leadership.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project roadmaps, identify risks, and prepare mitigation proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace safety, health regulations, and company security policies.
  • Continuously review and improve operational efficiency, service levels, and cost effectiveness across project operations, logistics, and related functions.
  • Attend daily meetings with clients to review project progress and requirements.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: 

  • Fluency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English is required to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in logistics, engineering, construction, or related industries.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
