Position Profile:
Responsible team player required for identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels and assessing candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit, and compatibility with the company’s strategic objectives and growth plans. In addition, this position requires being equipped with working knowledge and experience of US HR processes and procedures, and can juggle various administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
- Work closely with the hiring managers to source, attract, and assess candidates.
- Search databases for the “best fit” candidates. Manage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
- Assist in reviewing and posting recruitment advertisements.
- Prepare job descriptions (JDs) and post jobs to appropriate platforms.
- Use various platforms and approaches to recruit.
- Arrange interviews with hiring managers.
- Review employment applications and background check reports.
- Assisting with the employment agreement / handbook and renewal process, including organizing agreement signing and follow-up.
- Assist with employee onboarding recruitment process for selected candidates.
- Assume responsibility for work pass administration such visa applications, renewals, cancellations, and issuance, if required.
- Work with relevant HR outsource companies to ensure proper HR administration works such as payroll, benefits, PTOs, and absence management are properly and timely carried out.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws and statutes.
- Put in compensated extra hours when requested and required due to unforeseen work environment and schedule.
- Handle any ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.
