B H S Kinetic Inc. is a logistics and engineering company which specializes in providing technical and logistical services, with emphasis in the semiconductor sector, managing our clients’ highly sensitive and precision manufacturing equipment.

Position Profile:

Responsible for interacting with clients to provide information and assistance by answering clients’ questions, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues related to the services and solutions provided by the company.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Utilizing the company’s ERP systems or otherwise, perform sales admin tasks such as preparing quotations, obtaining order confirmations (clients’ POs), generating sales orders (SOs) and job order creations, collecting and processing proof of delivery (PODs), tracking project expenses, and working with the Finance & Accounting Department to follow up on invoices and payment collections.
  • Assist in preparing bids and tenders to maintain current accounts and/or win new accounts and businesses.
  • Assist in maintaining a comprehensive and up-to-date Price Book and Order Book of all the services provided by the company.
  • Assist in preparing and analyzing business reports such as Actual Sales, Sales Forecasts/Pipelines, Project Costs & Profitability, Payment Collections, and others.
  • Manage supplier, vendor, procurement, and subcontractor relationships and admin.
  • Follow up on business communications externally with clients and vendors and internally with relevant departments like Operations, Finance, and Accounting.
  • Keep well-organized and up-to-date computer databases, files, and records of business activities.
  • Possess good networking and communication skills with strong relationship-building attributes.
  • Work well in a fast-paced high-tech environment.
  • Be pleasant and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Act as the Personal Assistant to the General Manager and Senior Executive Team.
  • Handle any ad hoc duties or tasks as assigned by management.

Career Prospects:

Candidates can aspire to take on leadership role in the Commercial Department as a Supervisor, leading to managerial level.

Critical Skills/Knowledge:      
3-5 years Customer Service experience

Effective interpersonal and communication skills

Computer knowledge and skills

Education:
Associate degree / good high school diploma

Traveling:         
Generally not required

  • If appropriately qualified, a supervisory or managerial position may be offered.
