Position Profile:                                         

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Commercial Operations Specialist to join our team. This position is designed for individuals eager to support and optimize our sales, marketing, and customer service processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our commercial operations.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:      

  • Data Management: Maintain and update commercial data in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, preparing sales reports, and providing product and pricing information.
  • Customer Service: Support the customer service team by handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and manage the flow of goods to meet customer demands.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and opportunities for business growth.
  • Process Optimization: Assist in streamlining commercial processes to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market conditions to support decision-making.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain commercial documentation, including contracts, proposals, and invoices.
  • Compliance: Ensure that commercial operations adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support Tasks: Provide administrative support to the commercial team, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Participate in special projects and initiatives to support the commercial strategy and objectives.


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.  Or relevant extensive experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in work tasks.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively within a team and support team objectives.
  • Initiative: Proactive and willing to take initiative to improve processes and solve problems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience or internship in commercial operations, sales support, or customer service is a plus.
  • Software Knowledge: Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and advanced CRM tools is beneficial.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages can be an asset, depending on the company’s market scope.
