Position Overview
The Client Site Coordinator serves as the liaison between BHS and its client, working onsite at the client’s location to ensure seamless service delivery. This role supports both client satisfaction and team performance by overseeing BHS staff on-site, facilitating communication, addressing operational needs, and promoting a culture of accountability, timeliness, and professionalism. This role is entry level – Mid- level.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client.
- Monitor and ensure that BHS employees are present, punctual, and meeting performance
- Conduct on-site check-ins and coordinate schedules to align with client expectations and
- Support the onboarding, training, or transition of new BHS employees at the client
- Address and escalate any service or personnel issues in a timely and professional manner to the Head of Operations.
- Communicate regularly with the BHS leadership team to provide updates, report incidents, and recommend improvements.
- Assist in tracking and managing supplies, equipment, and resources specific to the client
- Support in maintaining compliance with safety, cleanliness, or protocol standards set by BHS and the client.
- Cross training in Material Handler Position to provide further support for BHS Team coverage
- Proactively anticipate and respond to client requests or operational
- Maintain professional, positive relationships with both BHS team members and client
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, site coordination, team supervision, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Problem Resolution is a must – Proactive
- Proven track record of leadership, problem-solving, and accountability.
- Comfortable navigating between multiple work environments (client site, internal office, remote, etc.).
- High attention to detail and ability to multi-task in dynamic settings.
- Other duties may arise above the stated
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Requires frequent sitting, walking, talking, hearing, keyboard use, stooping, kneeling, crouching, twisting, reaching, and stretching.
- Must adhere to gowning requirements for extended periods in cleanroom environments.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work under deadlines in moderate temperature/noise environments.
- May require periodic travel to regional and overseas sites for technical or support projects.
- Some technical support may involve heavy lifting of equipment or modules in production/lab settings.

Position Overview
We’re seeking a Client Site Coordinator / Control Tower (MR Team Lead) to serve as the primary onsite liaison at a third-party client facility in Taylor, TX. This role combines team leadership, operations coordination, and administrative support. You will oversee the Material Registrar (MR) team, ensure smooth shift coverage, and handle travel, scheduling, and documentation tasks. Cleanroom training and Material Handler training will be provided.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the onsite BHS Material Handler team.

- Act as “control tower” for scheduling, shift coverage, and daily operations.

What We’re Looking For
- High School diploma required
- 2+ years in logistics, coordination, or team leadership (semiconductor experience a plus).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable balancing admin duties with hands-on cleanroom support.
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and wear PPE in cleanroom environments.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed.
