我們正在尋找一位積極主動、實作能力強的現場服務工程師,加入我們在台灣的半導體服務團隊。本職位在支援客戶方面扮演關鍵角色,負責於無塵室環境中安裝、拆除、測試並維護高科技設備,服務範圍遍及全球。您將成為一個全球團隊的一員,提供最先進的半導體解決方案。

主要職責

  • 負責在客戶廠房進行半導體設備的現場安裝與拆卸。
  • 根據作業流程與操作指引(WoWs)執行設備驗證與設定。
  • 在安裝前進行設備的分類與清潔作業。
  • 主動負責解決現場任務中的技術問題,確保系統性能與客戶滿意度。
  • 遵循所有安全、無塵室規定以及客戶指定的作業規範,包括PIP政策。
  • 清楚地向內部關係人與客戶團隊報告專案進度與狀態。
  • 配合管理層指派的其他現場服務作業或改善計畫。
  • 主動提出流程優化與技術改進方案,貢獻持續改善的努力。

職位要求

學歷與經歷:

  • 電機、機械、機電工程或其他相關技術領域之大專或大學學歷。
  • 具有1年以上半導體或精密設備產業現場服務、設備安裝或維護經驗者優先。
  • 亦歡迎具備良好技術潛力並樂於出差之應屆畢業生投遞。

技術能力:

  • 熟悉機械組裝、電氣整合與故障排除技巧。
  • 了解無塵室操作與靜電防護(ESD)安全規範。
  • 能閱讀技術圖面並依據詳細流程執行作業。

軟技能:

  • 具備以服務為導向的心態,注重客戶需求並展現出高度的專業素養。
  • 具備優秀的中英文溝通能力(口語與書寫皆佳)。
  • 積極主動、適應力強,能在快節奏、多元文化的環境中承受壓力並良好表現。
  • 具備團隊合作精神,責任感強,並能主動積極地完成

Job Title: Field Service Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment

Location: Taiwan (with regional deployment )

Introduction to the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Field Service Engineer to join our semiconductor service team in Taiwan. This position plays a critical role in supporting our customers by installing, deinstalling, qualifying, and servicing high-tech equipment in cleanroom environments across the region. You will be part of a global team delivering cutting-edge solutions for the semiconductor industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform on-site installation and de-installation of semiconductor equipment at customer facilities worldwide.
  • Execute tool qualification and configuration according to operational procedures and work instructions (WoWs).
  • Manage tool sorting and cleaning activities prior to installation.
  • Take proactive ownership in resolving technical issues during field assignments to ensure system performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure daily compliance with all safety, cleanroom, and customer-specific protocols, including PIP policies.
  • Maintain clear communication and status reporting on project progress to internal stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Support additional field service operations or improvement initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by identifying process enhancements and technical solutions.

Requirements

Education & Experience:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in field service, equipment installation, or maintenance within the semiconductor or precision equipment industry.
  • Fresh graduates with strong technical aptitude and willingness to travel will also be considered.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong understanding of mechanical assembly, electrical integration, and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Familiarity with cleanroom operations and ESD safety protocols.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and follow detailed procedures.

Soft Skills:

  • Service-minded with strong customer focus and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Team player with a high sense of responsibility and initiative.
