Site Supervisor

Job Description:

  • Oversee and supervise professional rigging and moving operations, ensuring work is carried out according to industry standards and best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the workforce to ensure accountability and timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Remain present on-site unless instructed otherwise and actively support the Project Manager, Project Engineer, Senior Supervisors, and Team Leaders during project execution.
  • Coordinate and communicate with site users, tool owners, and engineers regarding project progress and schedules.
  • Assist in developing, guiding, and leading a competent team for moving, rigging, hoisting, and lifting operations.
  • Lead and collaborate with diverse teams to ensure safe and successful execution of site operations.
  • Support investigations related to accidents, incidents, and near-misses, including root cause analysis and recommending corrective actions.
  • Monitor safety performance indicators and prepare weekly and monthly safety reports.
  • Participate in safety meetings, client audits, and site inspections conducted by clients or relevant authorities.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Qualifications: 

  • Experience in site supervision, preferably in rigging, heavy equipment moving, or construction-related projects.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of workplace safety standards and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a project-based environment and manage multiple site activities.
